Group Travel Discounts
If you are travelling in a group of ten or more at off-peak
times, you may be able to obtain a further discount through the
train company you are travelling with. Contact the train company directly and
be aware that you may need to book tickets in advance.
Buying Tickets Online
Beat the queues and save money while you're at it. Buying your
rail tickets online is an easy way to purchase tickets and better
yet, some train company websites offer further discounts when you
buy online.
A number of train companies are also trialling new ways to
supply your ticket when you buy online, such as print at home
tickets or tickets on your mobile phone. To encourage customers to
trial these tickets, some train companies are offering big
discounts on the normal fare.

Child Discounts
Children aged five to fifteen get a 50% discount. In addition,
